1. Are your products safe for all pets and sizes?
Absolutely! Our products are formulated with gentle, pet-safe ingredients suitable for most dog and cat breeds and sizes. They’re safe for use on cats aged three months and older, and safe for dogs of all ages. Of course, just like humans, every pet is unique; if your pet has specific sensitivities, we recommend doing a patch test first or checking in with your vet.
2. How are your products made?
Our formulas are developed with Korean pet care formulas, and our products are crafted with love and strict quality control.
3. Are the ingredients safe for my pet?
Most Definitely! We use pet-safe ingredients that are safe and gentle. While not every ingredient is certified organic, we focus on high-quality formulations, always free from harsh chemicals and nasties!
4. Do you offer international shipping?
We’re working on it! For now, shipping is available locally in Singapore, but global paw-mination is in our future plans.
5. What’s your return or refund policy?
Since our products are personal care items for pets, we don’t accept returns or offer refunds. This is to ensure hygiene and safety for all our furry customers.
6. What are your operating hours?
We’re an online store, so you can shop with us 24/7 from the comfort of your home. We don’t have a retail store at the moment, but follow us on our socials to stay updated on any upcoming pop-ups or special events. If you need assistance, our team is here to help and will respond within 24 hours.
7. What are the available modes of payment?
We accept major credit cards and PayNow for your convenience.
8. Can I cancel or amend an order?
Both cancellations and amendments cannot be made once an order has been placed. Orders are sent for processing as soon as they are placed because we want your orders delivered to you as quickly as possible.
